Associate Khuu Hong Linh is a member of the Corporate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Team. He has been consulting domestic and foreign investors in various matters for their investment in Vietnam, including but not limited to a business establishment, M&A, corporate governance, income tax, employment, and commercial contracts. He also has experience in alternative dispute settlement.

During his time working at DLP, Linh has also assisted private clients complete investment procedures, and various business registration procedures, thereby achieving their investment and business goals.

Linh aims to become an international professional, with deep legal knowledge and professional working skills, ability to deal with complex cross-border transactions.

Linh graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Advanced Programs of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. He can advise in English and Vietnam.
