Associate Vo Thi Thuy Hien is a member of the Corporate and M&A Team. She has experience in the fields of foreign investment, M&A, corporate governance, real estate and alternative dispute resolutions (ADR).

Since joining DLP, Hien has supported investors in accessing the Vietnamese market to establish their commercial presence or implement investment projects in various sectors, as well as providing legal assistance throughout process of investment. She also supports and advises businesses on corporate governance and compliance, thereby helping them ensure legal compliance while still efficiently implementing business objectives and projects.

Hien aims to become a professional commercial lawyer with extensive legal knowledge and practice skills to effectively support the legal needs of investors and businesses, not limited to the scope of business in the Vietnamese market but also dealing with complex cross-border transactions.

Hien graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. She is proficient in both English and Vietnamese.
