Victory LLC assisted Truong Hai Auto Corporation (THACO) in implementing a 2-day short-term training program (24 – 25/8/2019) to enhance both knowledge and experience in the field of international business for directors, senior managers of the Corporation, in THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park.
Within the framework of the training program, Dr. TS Tran Viet Dung and his assistant Hoang Quoc Viet had presented, shared legal as well as practical topics related to international business activities. Specifically, the trainees were provided with in-depth knowledge on a number of matters such as:
- Law on international investment: mechanism of foreign investment assurance, structure of cross-border investment, etc.
- Vietnamese law on outward investment: joint venture contract, conditions and procedures for outward investment, matters to be noted when investing abroad, etc.
- Law on corporate governance: protecting minority shareholders, voting mechanisms, transactions with related parties, etc.
- Law on import and export: international commodity trading contracts, rules of origin of goods within ASEAN and several free trade agreements, etc.
The trainees had exchanged and picked up a variety of solutions to the legal matters that they encounter in business management.
The course ended successfully and was highly appreciated by all trainees and THACO Corporation.
