Legal Associate Tran Anh Khoi is a member of the Corporate and M&A Team at DL & Partners, focusing on providing legal consulting and support to both domestic and international clients engaged in their investment endeavors in Vietnam.

During the time at DL & Partners, Khoi has assisted clients in establishing commercial presence, navigating legal compliance procedures, managing business operations, executing M&A deals, with the clientele spans various sectors, including green energy, technology, telecommunications, and global product distribution, etc.

Khoi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Commercial Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, and is currently pursuing his studies at the Judicial Academy.

Khoi is able to communicate and advise in both Vietnamese and English proficiently.
