DL & Partners was pleased to welcome Prof. Dr. Umut Turksen – Professor of Business and Law, Coventry University, UK; Head of EU – funded PROTAX Project and the Law, Risk, and Compliance Cluster Project at the Research Center for Financial Unification and Corporate Structure, to present his seminar on “Aspects of the English legal system” on 11 May 2023.
Not only giving presentations on the English legal system and the distinctions between the legal systems of various nations, with broad expertise during the course of legal research, particularly the Project of his own on AI development to detect flaws in online gambling models of the European Union, the Professor also addressed a number of concerns with regard to the application of the law on the basis of cybersecurity as well as gave practical advice on the “new breeze ChatGPT” which is of tremendous interest to the younger generation.
