Mr. Huynh Cong Tan holds a high-quality Bachelor of Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and presently is taking a graduate program there. He is a legal associate of DL & Partners and a member of the firm's Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

Tan has represented for clients in lawsuits at all levels of the People's Courts, including civil, commercial, marriage and family, labor, and other fields. He assisted, advised, and prepared lawsuit files, and defended the legitimate rights and interests of domestic and foreign clients. Besides, he also acted for clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Tan is able to counsel clients in Vietnamese, English, and French.
