Senior Associate Huynh Thi My Duyen graduated with distinction from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and is currently a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.

Duyen’s practices cover commercial law, labour law, intellectual property law, banking & finance, and commercial and civil litigation. She has experience in IP law, including registration of trademarks, copyright, design, unfair competition, anti-counterfeiting, anti-piracy as well as commercial IP transactions including franchising and licensing arrangements.

Since joining our firm, she has been working extensively with our Dispute Resolution Practice. Duyen has successfully represented many international clients in litigation matters, as well as companies and high net worth individuals in local and cross-border disputes.

Outside the office, Duyen enjoys taking pictures and traveling. She also has a passion for graphic design and website building.

In addition to Vietnamese as mother language, Ms. Duyen can speak and advise clients in fluent English.
