Mr. Le Vien Dong obtained his LLB degree from Ho Chi Minh University in 2001. Prior to joining DLP in 2019, Mr. Dong had over 09 years of experience as the legal executive in one of Ho Chi Minh City’s major state-owned enterprises, which specialized in international investment projects as well as joint ventures to implement housing development and real estate business projects. In addition, after having spent many years working in the sector of state inspectorate, he accumulated a significant amount of work experience in handling legal matters concerning land, clearance and compensation policies, and administrative complaints.

Mr. Le Vien Dong is now a consultant for DLP in projects related to land, construction, real estate and infrastructure development.
