Moot Court Competition is one of the annual outstanding legal competitions worldwide where students from different law institutions get the opportunity to experience and practice their skills in front of a “moot” Court, through which they would improve their critical thinking and problem solving abilities, as well as their litigation skill during their studies. The international moot competition like Jessup Moot, Vis Moot, IHL Moot Court, Asia Cup Moot Court, LawAsia Moot… have become common playing fields for many generations of law students in the region and in the world.
In 2017, Ho Chi Minh University of Law organized the nation-wide “V-Moot” – the first ever moot court competition to be held in Vietnamese, with participation of teams from 20 law leading law schools of the country. Victory LLC has taken part in V-Moot 2017 in the capacity of a professional and financial sponsors of the competition.
Victory LLC are honored to be able to contribute a part to the success of the V-Moot 2017 of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and thus motivate the talented students in all Vietnam to learn and practice law in the future.
