Before joining DLP in 2016, Ha had more than twelve years practicing law, including several years working for a US law firm based in Ho Chi Minh City. His expertise includes corporate, commercial and labour law, and dispute resolution outside the courts. Ha has advised various global leading corporations, including those in the computer, pharmaceutical and hospitality industries. In addition, he has served as an independent technical expert in multiple labour law reform projects sponsored by the ILO and other foreign donors in Vietnam.

Ha holds an LLB degree from Hanoi University of Law, LLM and PhD degrees from the University of Melbourne. Having worked for different law schools for over fourteen years, he has published extensively within Vietnam and internationally. His recent and forthcoming publications include several pieces in edited collections published by the Cambridge University Press, Oxford University Press and Hart Publishing.

Upon joining our firm, Dr. Do is focusing on the area of employment, hospitality service, energy and project development.

In addition to his native Vietnamese, Dr. Do can speak English fluently.
