Ngo Quang Vu is a new key member in the firm’s corporate and commercial group. Vu has extensive experienced in M&A and corporate matters in Vietnam and also has considerable experience assisting clients in e-commerce and renewables sectors.

Prior to joining Victory LLC, Vu worked at major international law firms and major MNCs in Ho Chi Minh City and Bangkok.

He holds an LL.B from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and LL.M from Penn State University where is a merit-based scholarship awardee.

In addition to Vietnamese as mother language, Mr. Vu can speak and advise clients in fluent English.
